Slovakia: Police declared the deportation of a citizen of Ukraine

The Slovak police deported a citizen of Ukraine for allegedly connected with “intelligence services” – the department said this on February 18.

It is reported that a 59-year-old man was “administered” from the country. This was explained by prompt information about his connection with “organized crime in Ukraine and its special services”.

He was also banned from entering Slovakia and other Schengen countries for two years.

In the department, among other things, they stated that they reject “any support of special services of Ukraine, which can adversely affect the stability of internal security” of Slovakia. The police did not cite the details as to what special services.

The Embassy of Ukraine in Slovakia has not commented on this statement.

Mass demonstrations against the pro -Russian policy of Prime Minister Robert Fitzo have taken place in more than 20 cities of Slovakia.

Fitzo stated that an organized group of persons who receive funding from abroad and is connected with the Slovak opposition plans a “coup”.
