The Ministry of Health of Ukraine conducted a check of medical cases of prosecutors of Khmelnytsky region at the request of law enforcement. Thus, of the 78 prosecutors of the prosecutor’s office six did not confirm the disability.

This was reported by Public. Khmelnitsky in response to a request to the Ministry of Health.

They noted that 65 cases have already been checked, 13 were still under consideration. During the check it turned out that:

  • One prosecutor’s decision of the medical and social expert commission does not comply with the law;
  • Six prosecutors did not confirm the disability;
  • Three prosecutors issued a new expert opinion;

At the same time, 55 prosecutors were sent to the Ukrainian State Research Institute of Medical and Social Problems of Disability of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for an additional inspection at the Ukrainian State Research Institute of Medical and Social Disabilities.

Corruption at the Khmelnitsky Center for Medical and Social Expertise-what is known

On October 4, 2024, the DBR announced that the head of the MSEC and her son – the head of the Pension Fund – on illegal enrichment in Khmelnytskyi. During the searches, they found in cash nearly $ 6 million in different currencies and a number of counterfeit medical documents, lists of evaders with surnames and false diagnoses.

During the searches, the head of the MSEC Tatiana Krupa tried to get rid of two bags with $ 500,000 and threw them through the window.

Tatiana Krupa did not put these funds in her declaration, they have now been seized and deposited with the bank. The prosecutor also made a request for arrest of funds.

The investigation clarifies the grounds for the acquisition of a large number of real estate abroad and in Ukraine, elite fleet, corporate rights and accounts abroad for almost $ 2.3 million.
