Significant snow, rain and up to -16° – the weather forecast for 3 days

In the coming days, wet snow or rain is expected in Ukraine, and at night it will sometimes drop to 16 degrees of frost.

Verbatim UGMC: “Difficult weather conditions in the next three days. Snow at times in the western regions, on January 7 in Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia, on January 8 there will be significant snow everywhere, on January 7 the temperature during the day will be 2-7° of frost, on January 8-9 it will drop to 10-16° of frost at night, during the day to 4-9° of frost.”

Details: In the south of the country, in the eastern and most of the central regions, there are rains, sometimes heavy. The temperature at night and during the day on January 7-8 will be 1-9° of heat, on January 9 it will drop to 3° of heat – 4° of frost.

Wet snow and ice are also expected to stick in some places.

In Kyiv on January 7, moderate wet snow, during the day from 0° to -2°, on January 8, significant wet snow and rain are expected, at night -2°…-4°, during the day up to -2°.

On January 9, light snow and significant cooling are forecast in the capital – up to -10° at night, -3°-5° during the day. Wind of variable directions, 7-12 m/s.
