Shredded cabbage and stabbed her husband: a woman near Kyiv was angered by her partner’s pro-Russian views

In the city of Irpin, near Kyiv, a woman stabbed a man because of his pro-Russian views. He died.

Details: It is reported that the conflict occurred when the 54-year-old wife was chopping cabbage in the kitchen. The quarrel was accompanied by mutual insults and aggression. During the emotional confrontation, the woman grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed the man in the chest.

The 70-year-old victim died from his injuries before the arrival of the medics. The woman herself called them and the police.

According to the suspect, it all started because of the man’s alleged pro-Russian views and his connections with relatives from the aggressor country. The woman also claims that the man repeatedly threatened to kick her out of the house and used physical violence – including twisting her hands.

So far, the woman has been informed of the suspicion of intentional murder. The court chose her preventive measure – detention.
