In Kharkiv, a 36-year-old man is suspected of hooliganism with the use of weapons. The incident took place on December 23 on Aerokosminy Avenue. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office writes about this, transmits UNN.

Details

A resident of one of the apartments was throwing things out of the window. His neighbor, who was in the yard, made a remark, to which the man responded aggressively. Later, he took a revolver and fired in the direction of the neighbor, and also damaged the car by throwing an unknown object on it.

The police arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect. The court chose a preventive measure for him in the form of detention.

The investigation is ongoing, the suspect is charged with hooliganism with the use of a weapon (Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Note that according to Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
