The level of mobilization in Ukraine is now stable, said Defense Minister Denis Shmigal in an interview with Sky News.

“The level of mobilization in Ukraine in the last 12 months is absolutely stable and tends to grow. We will mobilize all the necessary number of personnel to cover all our losses and form small reserves, ”the minister said.

He noted that in Russia, the level of mobilization also covers its losses, despite the fact that they are five times higher than the Ukrainian ones.

“They have lost one million people from the beginning of this war. Half of them died. So they continue to burn their people in the fire of war, not counting losses. So it’s a challenge and it’s a problem, ”said Smigal.

After the beginning of the Russian full -scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced.

In the Ukrainian information space, there are regular reports of scandals between the employees of the Tax Code and citizens on the streets of cities and villages. Negative mobilization information is rapidly spreading social networks.

It has been repeatedly noted that this is the result of information and psychological operations of the Russian Federation.

Defense Minister Denis Schmigal in an interview with BBC News Ukraine stated on July 30 that in Ukraine, mobilization in almost most cases pass normally, resonant cases-only 5-10%.
