That preceded: Schmigal at the Ramstein Contact Group meeting, which takes place in the video of July 21, stated that in order to close the need for military procurement in 2025 and return the war to Russia, Ukraine needs $ 6 billion.
Prehistory:
- Schmigal appealed to the States Parties to the Defense Group of Ukraine in Ramstein format to buy as soon as possible to the US for transfer to the PATRIOT and PAC-3 shells to the Ukrainian army.
- On July 21, 52 states took part in the Ramstein meeting, which is launching a 50-day weapon campaign.
- During the meeting, it became known that the US and Germany reached an agreement to provide Ukraine with five Patriot Air Defense systems, which should be entered on the battlefield as soon as possible.
- The United Kingdom and Germany also started a joint project, which will allow Ukraine to provide 220,000 shells for the German Anti -aircraft System of Gepard, and both states will finance the supply of modern drones to the battlefield.
