Under the psychological influence of a stranger, the girl took gold jewelry with a total value of about 120 thousand hryvnias from the house.
During the “rite”, the suspect wrapped the jewelry in a banknote and, taking advantage of the victim’s inattention, hid it under her clothes and ran away.
She was detained the next day. The perpetrator turned out to be a 49-year-old woman who was repeatedly prosecuted for similar offenses.
She was informed of suspicion under part 2 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – fraud.
The woman is currently in custody. She faces up to three years in prison.
We will remind you, law enforcement officers started pre-trial investigation into a “fortune teller” who asked for 21,500 hryvnias via the Internet for magical “protection” of health and life for a military man who actually died last year.
