In Zaporizhzhya, as a result of shelling of the Russian army, 11 hectares of land burned out, the fire covered summer houses, according to the State Emergency Service.

Rescuers say that in the last day, on August 15, 22 fires in ecosystems were eliminated in the region, 3 of them – as a result of shelling in Zaporizhzhya and Pologovsky districts. The fire causes damage to the environment in the total area of more than 11 hectares.

“A large -scale fire occurred near the settlement of Zaporizhzhya district, where dry grass was burning in an open area of 1.5 hectares, and the fire spilled over to country houses. Firefighters localized and eliminated ignition. Unfortunately, a 50-year-old woman found rescuers during a fire elimination, ”the SES says.

The department says that 154 rescuers and 35 pieces of equipment were involved in ecosystems.

Earlier it became known that in Donetsk rescuers eliminated a large -scale forest fire that raged six days.
