Schroeder-MVP Eurobasket-2025, Donchich and Jannis got to the first symbolic national team

Fiba announced the names of the owners of all individual awards, as well as two symbolic national teams of the European Championship in 2025.

This is stated on the Federation’s website.

Yesterday, September 14, the finale of the Eurobasket-2025 took place, in which Germany torn out a victory over Turkey (88:83) and for the second time in its history became the best team on the continent.

As a result of Euro-2025, Fiba named the playing national team of Germany Dennis Schroeder the most valuable player of the tournament. During the 192025, Schroeder scored an average of 20.3 points, 7.2 gears, 3.1 selection and 0.8 interception per game.

Schroeder became only a third German in history who won this award. It was received by the winner of the Eurobasket-1993 Christian Velp and Dirk Novitsky, who in 2005 brought the German team to silver.

It is worth noting that Schroeder is currently the current MVP and the winner of both the European Championship (2025) and the World Cup (2023). He became a sixth player in basketball history with a similar achievement.

In the status of the most valuable player, a 31-year-old basketball player headed the first symbolic Eurobasket-2025 national team, which also got his countryman Franz Wagner, Luke Donchich, a silver medalist in Turkey’s national team Aleper Schengyun and Jannis Adetokumba, who won the bronze medal.

In the second symbolic five were Nikola Yokich, Danny Avia, Lauri Marcanen, Jeded Osman and Jordan Lloyd.

The best trainer of the tournament was recognized as a Turkish team Ergin Ataman. Germany head coach Alex Mumbra could not claim the reward because he missed most of the competitions due to health problems.

Mickka Murinen, from Finland, was awarded the best young Eurobasket-2025 player, and the best protective player was the newly made European Champion Aizek Bong.

  • Champion: Germany;
  • Silver medalist: Turkey;
  • Bronze medalist: Greece;
  • Mvp: Dennis Schroeder (Germany);
  • The best trainer: Ergin Ataman (Turkey);
  • The best young player: Mickka Murinen (Finland);
  • The best protective player: Aisec Bong (Germany);
  • The first symbolic team: Dennis Schroeder (Germany), Luke Donchich (Slovenia), Franz Wagner (Germany), Jannis Adetocomb (Greece), Alperen Schengun (Turkey);
  • The second symbolic team: Jordan Lloyd (Poland), Jedi Osman (Turkey), Lauri Markanen (Finland), Danny Avia (Israel), Nicola Yokich (Serbia).

It should be reminded that many of these players will speak to the NBA, which has approved the introduction of a new rule of special long -range throws.

Earlier, it became known that Schengyun’s Alperen became the youngest author of the trip-dable in the history of Eurobasket.
