German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has again stated that he has a desire to hold a conversation with the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin.

Details: Scholz said that he decided to talk to Putin “at the right time”.
“But I am a responsible politician, I will not do this alone,” he said, adding that a dialogue with Putin would require many contacts and negotiations with many other people.
He also added that this issue should be discussed with Ukraine.
When asked when the time would come for negotiations with Putin, the chancellor replied: “Soon.”
