Drones of the Security Service of Ukraine hit an ammunition depot at the Kadamovsky training ground in Russia’s Rostov region, sources in the department told Radio Liberty on December 25.

This training ground, located near the city of Novocherkassk, is one of the largest in the Russian Federation, the special service informs.

The source adds that as a result of the attack, the warehouse was completely destroyed, and the Russian army used it to supply ammunition to the troops in the Kramatorsk direction.

“The SBU continues to actively demilitarize the Russian rear, from which weapons are supplied to the front line,” the SBU said.

After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Russian regions and Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine regularly come under shelling and drone attacks. The Russian Ministry of Defense reports on downed missiles and drones. Kyiv mostly does not comment on these messages.
