On the day of February 28, the operatives of the Zhytomyr Criminal Police, together with the employees of the UBU, detained a guy who was heading to the destination.
He found a homemade explosive device in the back, so police explosives were safely seized and neutralized.
Among the components were striking elements and mobile phones that were used to perform video control and remote activation of explosives. Probably a guy would also be a victim of a blast.
