The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office requires to recognize unjustified assets worth more than 3.2 million UAH, which is used by the current chief customs officer.

The Prosecutor of the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office on the basis of NABU’s materials appealed to the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court with a claim for recognition of unjustified assets for a total amount of more than UAH 3.2 million used by the current head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

It is a residential building of 236.8 square meters. m. and a land plot near Kiev on which it is located. As it turned out, this real estate was issued for a close relative of the wife, but in fact its owner and manager was the official and his family.

The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court, at the request of the prosecutor in order to secure the claim, imposed arrest assets.
