SAP about searches: SBU has access to information about all NABU special operations

The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office reported on July 21 on the Security Service of the SBU. The department claims that investigative actions occur without the warning provided for by law, and now the SBU has access to information about all unspoken and operational measures, as well as special operations conducted by NABU and SAP.

Literally: “Today (July 21 – Ed.) In the morning, the Security Service of Ukraine without the official warning provided for by the current legislation came to the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office with a check on compliance with the legislation on state secrets.

As part of the audit, the SBU staff received access to information about all unspoken and operational measures, as well as special operations conducted by NABU and SAP.

The check is organized at a period when the NABU and SAP management is on a business trip.

These measures may lead to information about unspoken investigative actions in the framework of numerous criminal proceedings that are currently investigating NABU and SAP. ”

Details: The Prosecutor’s Office called on the SBU staff to strictly comply with the rules of the current legislation in order to make it impossible to “merger” information and break the investigation of fire -coruption cases initiated by NABU and SAP.

Recall:

• On July 21, the SBU and the prosecutor’s office reported that they had exposed the People’s Deputy from the now forbidden Party of Fyodor Khristenko in the State Trease. According to the case, he was a top agent of the FSB of the Russian Federation (resident) and was responsible for strengthening the Russian influence on the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
• On the morning of July 21, the SBU reported that they were conducting an operation to “neutralize Russian influence on NABU”. There are 80 searches in different areas.
• Subsequently, the SBU and the Office of the Prosecutor General reported that they detained one of the heads of interregional departments of NABU detectives Ruslan Magamedrasulov.
• NABU stated that the searches, which in the morning of July 21 are conducting the SBU, concern 15 NABU employees and pass without court resolutions, most persons are charged with participation in an accident, and some – possible links with Russia, reported in the Bureau.
