Details: NATO Secretary General stressed that the Alliance needs an increase in air defense and 400%.

“Last week, NATO defense ministers agreed new ambitious goals. The exact details are classified. But we need a 400 percent increase in air and missing defense,” Rutte said.
“We see in Ukraine as Russia carries out terror from above. Therefore, we will strengthen the shield that protects our sky,” he added.
NATO Secretary General also noted that NATO troops “also need thousands of new armored vehicles and tanks, millions of additional artillery shells.”
“We need to double our auxiliary capabilities, such as logistics, supply, transportation and health care. The Alliance members will invest in more warships and aircraft. I will only give one example: American allies will acquire at least 700 F-35 fighters,” he said.
“We will also invest in more drones and missile systems. And we will invest more in space and cybernetic capabilities. If we do not invest more, our collective defense will not be reliable,” Mark Rutte said.
