Recently, in an interview with ABC News, Kit Kelloggus said the United States considers Russia’s fair fear of NATO enlargement and are ready to discuss it.
“They not only talk about Ukraine. They mention Georgia, they talk about Moldova. We understand it and tell them that we can discuss the termination of NATO’s expansion to your border. It’s their security interest,” Kellog said.
