A series of powerful explosions rang out in the capital at 7 a.m. on December 20, before an air alert was declared in the city, the Air Force reported a high-speed target.

Literally PS: “A high-speed target in the direction of Kyiv!”.
Details: Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klychko announced that air defense forces are working in the capital, and called on residents to stay in shelters.
Later, the PS wrote that they recorded 2 more high-speed air targets across Chernihiv Oblast to Kyiv, after which repeated explosions rang out.
PPO also works in Kyiv region, reported Kyiv OVA.
At 7:19 a.m., the Air Force reported a ballistic missile headed north toward the capital.
