Russian troops dropped three airbags on Konstantinovka, one person died – Ova

One person was killed, two were injured in Konstantinovka in Donetsk region as a result of a Russian blow on February 21 – such preliminary consequences were published by the head of the regional military administration Vadim Filashkin.

“This morning, the Russians dumped three aircraft. A 40-year-old man was killed, two more people were injured. Nine private homes and three non -residential premises have been damaged, ”Fladin wrote in a telegram.

He stressed that Konstantinovka was constantly under fire and urged civilian to evacuate.

The prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region reported the beginning of the investigation into the commission of a war crime.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
