The Russian army attacked a civilian car from a drone in the village of Rozlyv in the Kherson region. As a result of the attack, two people were injured, the regional military administration reported on January 13.

“They have mine-explosive injuries and contusions. A 61-year-old woman suffered a shrapnel wound to her face. A 63-year-old man has a leg injury. Currently, doctors are providing the victims with all the necessary assistance,” the post states.

The day before, according to the regional authorities, 10 people were injured in the region as a result of Russian aggression.

Russian troops regularly attack Ukrainian regions with drones every day. Most often, the authorities of Donetsk region, Kherson region, Sumy region, Chernihiv region and Kharkiv region report dropping explosives from Russian drones on civilians.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
