Russian troops are massively fired by Kherson – MBA

On the night of March 13, the Russian army carries out a massive shelling of Kherson, said Roman Mrochko, the head of the city military administration.

“Kherson is under mass shelling of the enemy!” – said in the message of MBA. Local authorities urge citizens not to ignore air alarm signals.

Earlier, Mrochko informed that in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, on March 12, Russian troops attacked a 61-year-old man who was on the balcony.

According to local authorities, the victim has a fracture, a contusion, a mine-almond and closed traumatic brain injury. He was hospitalized, the condition of doctors is evaluated as moderate.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions. In particular, the army of the Russian Federation regularly attacks the de -industrial part of the Kherson region with drones, throwing off ammunition from drones on people.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
