Russian troops again attacked Kherson with a drone, a man died – OVA

As a result of an attack by a Russian drone in the Dnipro district of Kherson, a man died, the head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Prokudin reported on November 30.

“A 46-year-old man was seriously injured. He died on the spot from his injuries,” the post reads.

Earlier today, Russian forces dropped explosives on a shuttle taxi in Kherson. Four people were injured.

Russian troops regularly attack Ukrainian regions with drones every day. Most often, the authorities of Kherson region, Sumy region, Chernihiv region and Kharkiv region report dropping explosives from Russian drones on civilians.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
