Kuleba added that all services are already working on restoration, critical infrastructure is running with backup power.
“There are also about 85,000 subscribers in Odesa without heat supply. Repair work continues in an intensified mode in order to restore the stable operation of the facilities as soon as possible. The city authorities organized the transport of technical water to areas with water supply interruptions,” he wrote in a telegram.
The Deputy Prime Minister also reported that at night there were Russian strikes on the territory of the Odesa-Skhidna station – the electrical centralization post and the station building were damaged. The injured railway worker is under the supervision of doctors.
The head of OVA Oleg Kiper added that during the night the Russian forces attacked the object of transport infrastructure in the Odesa district – there is damage, traffic on the Odesa-Reni highway is temporarily stopped in both directions.
At night, the head of the Odesa city military administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported that as a result of another attack by the Russian Federation, a critical infrastructure object was damaged, and the homes of Odessa residents were also damaged by the shock wave. According to his data, part of one of the districts of Odesa was temporarily left without electricity, water and heat supply.
