The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation admitted that on November 23 and 25, three long-range ATACMS missiles launched by the Armed Forces of Ukraine reached their targets in the Kursk region.

Details: According to the publication with reference to the Russian Ministry of Defense, in the last three days, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have struck two long-range Western weapons against objects in the Kursk region.
On November 23, five ATACMS missiles flew to the Lotarevka settlement from the position of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile division. Three of them were allegedly destroyed, two – reached the goal.
On November 25, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked Kursk-Skhidny airfield with ATACMS missiles. Seven missiles are said to have been shot down, with one hitting its target. The Ministry of Defense declares that two servicemen received “light injuries” from falling rocket fragments.
It is also reported that during the inspection of the landing sites, “it was confirmed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck with US-made ATACMS missiles.”
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that it is “preparing actions in response to the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with ATACMS missiles in the Kursk region.”
What preceded:
- Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that on the night of November 24, units of Ukrainian troops hit the radar station of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system in the Kursk region. It was not reported what kind of ammunition was used to strike.
