Details: It is reported that in the Odesa region, an enemy strike drone hit a civilian car that was moving on a bridge. A woman with three children was in the car. The mother suffered severe injuries and, unfortunately, died in an ambulance. Her three children were taken to hospital with injuries and an acute stress reaction. Doctors provide the necessary assistance.”

The head of the region asks drivers to refrain from driving over the bridge in the area of the Dniester estuary near the village of Mayaki. The enemy is attacking this area for the third time, traffic is difficult.
Kiper also reported that traffic on the Odesa-Reni highway was temporarily stopped in both directions.
Why it matters: After repeated shelling of the bridge across the Bay and the forced closure of that route, the road through Mayaki remained the only road connecting Odessa and the south of the Odesa region. However, since it passes through the territory of Moldova for a large part, its movement was complicated.
Currently, it is not known how serious the damage to the bridge over the Dniester in Mayaki is.
