Details: As you know, on December 12, the Russian Central Bank filed a lawsuit in a Moscow court due to “illegal actions of the Euroclear depository causing losses”, as well as due to the European Commission’s plans to use the bank’s frozen assets.

On the morning of December 15, the press service of the court informed the Russian mass media that the lawsuit filed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation against Euroclear for 18.2 trillion rubles (about $229 billion) was submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
