“The enemy continues the energy terror of Odessa region for the second night in a row. During a massive attack, the DTEK’s energy object was re -attacked, ”the message reads.
The company added that as soon as the energy will receive permission from military and rescuers, they will immediately start inspection of equipment and emergency restoration work.
Late on the evening of February 19, the head of the regional military administration Oleg Kiper reported that the Russian troops were massacled by Odessa for the second day in a row.
According to him, a 55-year-old man was hospitalized in a state of moderate severity, and because of the attack without electricity, about five thousand inhabitants of one of the districts of Odessa remained.
Kiper added that the consequences of both this and the previous attack of the Russian Federation (February 18) were eliminated, which resulted in several tens of thousands of subscribers without light.
Earlier it was reported that as a result of a Russian blow caused late on February 18, 14 schools, 13 kindergartens and a residential neighborhood in more than 500 homes remained without light and heating. It is also known that four people, including a child, were injured because of this attack.
Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.
The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
