The operation to rescue the crew from the Volgoneft 239 tanker was completed in the Kerch Strait. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation claims the successful evacuation of 14 people.
“The operation to rescue the crew from the Volgoneft 239 tanker has been completed. All 14 people have been safely evacuated to shore,” the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a statement.
