After the negotiations between the US and Ukraine on the possibility of mineral production agreement, Russian ruler Vladimir Putin suggested that the United States invite Russian deposits of rare earth metals within the future economic agreement between countries.
Dmitriev also stated that some companies have already been interested in participating in such projects, although he did not disclose specific companies or additional details.
“Izvestia” claim that the issue of cooperation may be additionally discussed during the next round of the Russian-American negotiations, which, according to forecasts, can take place in mid-April in Saudi Arabia.
