Roszma posted the text of the Memorandum: Among the requirements – holding elections and exit from four areas

In the evening of June 2, Russian state information agencies published the text of the Russian “Memorandum of Settlement” with proposals for ceasefire.

Details: In particular, Russia requires the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, Luhansk and Kherson regions as a condition of ceasefire.

It is also a neutrality of Ukraine, which provides for refusal to enter military alliances and a ban on the placement of foreign formations in the territory of Ukraine.

The list also mentions the ceasefire, confirmation that Ukraine will not have nuclear weapons, dissolve Ukrainian “nationalist formations” and adoption the marginal number of the Armed Forces.

The Russian language is proposed to grant the status of official and “ensure the freedom of the Russian -speaking population.”

The document also refers to:

• removal of all sanctions and refusal to introduce new ones;
• refusal to “mutual claims” in connection with the damage caused in the fighting;
• removal of restrictions on the UOC MP;
• The gradual restoration of diplomatic and economic relations with the Russian Federation, including “third states”.

In the second section of the Russian Federation, it named the so -called ceasefire conditions in two variants. The first refers to the beginning of the Armed Forces from Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, Luhansk and Kherson regions.
