Details: On April 9, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court partially satisfied the claim of the SAP on recognition of unjustified assets used by the family of police officer of the Kharkiv district department of the National Security Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region.

On the basis of materials of the State Bureau of Investigation, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and Evidence obtained by the SAP prosecutor together with NABU detectives in accordance with the procedure established by law, it was found that a policeman of the Polisman used an apartment in Kharkiv, as well as a luxury car Lexus LX 450D.
The ownership of the specified property was issued to the wife of a police officer, but the analysis of income and expenditures established the inability to acquire these objects at the expense of lawful sources.
In view of the revealed prosecutor, he appealed to the court to recover from the patrol police of mentioned assets, the legality of which causes a reasonable doubt, the state’s income.
The court partially granted the prosecutor’s claim, found unfounded assets and decided to recover the Luxus LX LX 450D luxury income and 4 055 657.00 UAH that was used for the purchase of an apartment whose legality was not confirmed.
The issue of appeal will be resolved after familiarization with the full text of the court decision, the prosecutor’s office said.
The SAP also notes that the claim was sent to court on February 4, 2025 and already on April 9, a decision was issued in the case.
