“The first seven enterprises successfully passed the criticality update procedure according to the new criteria. These are companies from the production of glass products, furniture, textiles, ceramic tiles and other fields. The companies were given the opportunity to reserve employees for a period of up to 12 months,” the First Deputy Prime Minister said. Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko.
According to her, in the first two days of the resumption of reservations through Diya, companies submitted 3,500 applications for reservations of 26,700. employees

After updating the criticality, they will be able to book employees for a longer period of time – up to 12 months.
So, in order to receive the status of critical importance, private enterprises must meet two mandatory criteria:
- have an average salary of at least UAH 20,000:
- not to have debts to the budgets.
It is also necessary to meet one of the additional criteria:
- the amount of taxes paid must exceed 1.5 million euros,
- income in foreign currency — 32 million euros,
- the enterprise must be a strategic object,
- a resident of “Dia City”,
- provide communications services with significant revenues or be important to the economy or community needs.
As Ukrinform reported, on November 29, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted amendments to Resolutions No. 76 and No. 1332 regarding the procedure abortion of conscripts at critically important enterprises.
