On Monday evening and on the night of November 26, Russia massively attacked Ukraine with dozens of UAVs. It was reported that numerous groups of Shaheds tried to attack Kyiv and a number of regions of Ukraine, including Ternopilsk, where a series of explosions were heard.

On the morning of November 26, the Mayor of Ternopil, Serhii Nadal, reported on the consequences of Russian strikes and “damage to the electrical infrastructure that feeds Ternopil”:
- Elevators. “Elevators in multi-apartment buildings will not work until the power supply is fully restored. Please do not use it in those houses where there is electricity. There may be interruptions,” wrote Nadal
- Individual heating points will be disconnectedand the heat will be supplied to the houses directly. Most of the city’s boiler houses are functioning, and if necessary, their work will also be supported by generators.
- Water supply. According to information from KP Ternopilvodokanal, centralized water supply should be restored to all consumers at approximately 7:00 a.m.
- Gas supply all consumers in the city are provided on a regular basis.
- Medical institutions work in normal mode, if necessary, the institutions are equipped with generators.
- Education: Schools and kindergartens will work as usual. Those that do not have a centralized power supply will work from generators
Earlier, Nadal reported that trolleybuses in Ternopil will not run temporarily today, the city will use buses instead. He also gave the addresses of the heating points that will work from 8:00 a.m. in Ternopil.
