According to Axios, Dmitriev’s meeting with Trump’s envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will take place on January 20.
The Kremlin said it was preparing to host Trump’s envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner in Moscow for peace talks on Ukraine, but dates are yet to be determined.
Dmitriev visited the USA in December and held two-day talks with Witkoff and Kushner. After returning from the trip, he informed Putin about the results of the negotiations.
As European Truth reported, on January 6, representatives of 35 countries and organizations met in Paris to finalize work on security guarantees for Ukraine. According to the results of the meeting, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron and President Volodymyr Zelenskyi signed the declaration on intentions to deploy troops in Ukraine in the event of a peace agreement.
On the American side, the special representative of the US President Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner attended the meeting.
