Details: According to Putin, Russia may continue to use Oreshnik missiles. In the future, “choosing, if necessary, targets for destruction on the territory of Ukraine”, the Russians will “promptly offer peaceful residents and ask citizens of friendly countries who are in Ukraine to leave dangerous zones.”
