Details: This man was notified of suspicion for a similar crime in November 2025. At that time, the investigation claimed that from October 2024 to June 2025, the suspect stole more than 365 thousand kWh of electricity and caused property damage in the amount of almost UAH 2.3 million.
Now the man has been informed of a new suspicion of fraud on a particularly large scale, theft of electricity and unauthorized interference in the work of electronic communication networks under martial law.
