“The event happened in the morning of January 2 in the Raigorod community. Employees of the district procurement center performed professional duties in one of the villages. They stopped a 46-year-old local resident on the street to check military registration documents. The latter suddenly attacked the serviceman, stabbing him in the leg with a sharp object similar to an awl. Then the attacker fled from the scene. His identity was established and he was detained at his place of residence as a result of primary investigative actions,” the message reads.
After the start of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced. Reports of scandals and conflicts between TCC employees and citizens on the streets of towns and villages regularly appear in the Ukrainian information space. Negative information about the mobilization spreads quickly through social networks.
The Ukrainian military and government officials claim that this is the result of the informational and psychological operations of the Russian Federation.
