Literally: “According to operational data, on November 22, 2024, representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched an attack on the position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, located near the village of Petrivka, Pokrovsky district.
During the enemy assault, four servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were forced to surrender. Immediately after that, the occupiers opened fire on them with automatic weapons.”
Details: The OGP reminds that the deliberate killing of prisoners of war is a gross violation of the Geneva Conventions and is classified as a serious international crime.
