Details

Within the framework of this initiative, the laboratory of the NSC “Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking named after V. E. Tairov” received modern equipment for the analysis of wine by the method of mass spectrometry. This makes it possible to accurately detect fakes.

“The equipment purchased with state funds with the support of Odesa OVA was presented on November 8, 2024 at a scientific conference with the participation of OVA and business representatives.

This step will allow Ukrainian winemaking to meet European quality standards.

Full operation of the laboratory is planned in 8-9 months,” the message reads.
