The Russian army struck the object of critical infrastructure in the Sumy district, said Oleg Grigorov, the head of the regional military administration.

According to him, as a result of the attack, some of the district remained without electricity. Rehabilitation work is ongoing.

Earlier, local authorities reported a Russian blow to a drone on the object of civil infrastructure on the outskirts of the Sumy community – two people have suffered mild injuries, damaged premises, and the consequences were eliminated.

A little earlier, according to the chairman of the OVA, the forces of the Russian Federation attacked the Khotin community-a 74-year-old woman was injured as a result of shelling, she was taken to hospital.

Russia daily from various weapons – UAV, rockets, cabins, RSZV – attacks cities and villages of Ukraine.

The Kremlin denies that the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in civilian infrastructure, kills and cries civilians, destroys hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations point to the purposeful nature of the strikes and qualify them as military crimes of the Russian Federation in a full -scale war against Ukraine.
