Details: Poroshenko noted that after the corruption scandal, “partners are shocked, society is in despair”, therefore, in a situation of a full-scale Russian invasion, it is extremely important to prevent internal destabilization, and the country needs real, not declarative unity.

Poroshenko made public the provisions of the “anti-crisis plan”, with which his political force is going to the parliament on Monday. According to him, “this fire (corruption scandal – ed.) cannot be extinguished with money, and it is indecent to save one’s tarnished reputation at the expense of taxpayers, at the expense of the budget, taking this money from the soldiers.”
Poroshenko’s direct speech: “One of the key steps to restoring trust is guarantees of non-attack by the authorities on NABU and SAP. Now everyone understands why the Office (of the President) attacked them in the summer. Because they knew about the records, remembered what they talked about, and wanted to nip the case in the bud. Now NABU must bring these cases to an end, wherever the corruption trail leads. The SBI must receive a clear signal not to interfere in the work of NABU and stop pressure, and this signal must come from the president.”
Details: The politician also stated that the resignation of only two ministers is a profanation, since “the names of at least five government officials appear in the published records, and this is only what we know about, and there is also financial intelligence, and Antimonopoly, and we still do not know everything.”
Poroshenko’s direct speech: “So this entire corrupt collective Cabinet should finally resign in full. It’s not about personalities, but about the management system. It’s not just about replacing the government, but about returning it to political subjectivity.”
Details: The leader of “European Solidarity” considers it necessary to also form a new, effective coalition instead of the one that de facto currently exists in the parliament “as a civil marriage between the “Servants of the People” and the underdogs of the OPZJ.”
Poroshenko’s direct speech: “The new coalition, which will unite all patriotic political forces, should form a government of national salvation from specialists with an impeccable reputation.”
Details: Another requirement of “European Solidarity” is a complete restart of the SBI on the basis of a transparent competition with the participation of international experts, as we once formed NABU. “The key words of our plan are trust, justice and responsibility,” Poroshenko said.
