Direct speech of the judge: “The court ruled: the request of the prosecutor to declare the accused Odarchenko on the national and international wanted list shall be granted.
To announce a national and international wanted list for the accused Andrii Mykolayovych Odarchenko, born on November 2, 1978, a native of the city of Kharkiv.”
Details: The judge emphasized that the decision enters into force from the moment of its announcement and is not subject to appeal.
The SAP reminded that on September 18, Odarchenko did not appear at the court session and neither the court nor the prosecutor was informed about the reasons for his non-appearance.
The defenders of the accused were also unable to inform the court about the whereabouts of their client, indicating that there is currently no contact with him.
On September 23, the prosecutor will consider the petition of the prosecutor regarding the collection of the deposit made by Odarchenko and the change of the preventive measure to a stricter one from the state income.
