Details: It is noted that the fugitive of Shakhov in particular was actively discussing Bill No. 12354 on strengthening liability for violation of the requirements of a special legal regime. This initiative provides administrative liability in the form of a fine for the return of people to settlements, which declared a mandatory evacuation, refusal of parents from the obligatory evacuation of children, as well as violation of the curfew, which caused a lively discussion.
“I am from the occupied territories. The situation is very difficult, people return, hundreds of thousands of people return, because they have no place to live, where to work, they are given 465 UAH of help per month. – People remain on the sidelines, where do they go?” Said Shakhov in his speech.
It should be noted that the amount of financial assistance for internally displaced persons in difficult circumstances is: for persons with disabilities and children – 3000 UAH; for other persons – 2000 UAH.

The people’s deputies emphasized the need for a differential approach in different regions, in particular, taking into account the distance from the war zone, as well as the need to regulate the issue of night trains passengers, which are forced to raise a curfew.
The meeting was also considered by Bill No. 12353 on the regulation of the issue of compulsory evacuation, which in particular establishes the principles of mandatory evacuation of the elderly, persons with disabilities and children in the event of parents refusal to evacuate. All speakers noted the relevance of the bill and the need for its adoption. The Ecopolitical Committee will recommend the Verkhovna Rada to take it as a basis.
That preceded: Sergiy Shakhov was last physically present in the Verkhovna Rada in November 2022. Shakhov regularly joins the meetings, mainly with the camera off and votes “for”, said in the “Honest”.
