The People’s Deputy of Ukraine, exposed by the SBI for an offense related to corruption, is included in the register of corrupt persons. The DBR does not specify the name of the people’s deputy, but according to sources UNN it is about Oleksandr Dubinskyi, who in March 2024 was found guilty by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv on the basis of the materials of the NACP for violating the requirements established by law regarding the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest.

In August 2023, Dubinsky was informed of the suspicion that an official had entered false information into official documents, on the basis of which he had gone abroad allegedly under the pretext of accompanying his father for treatment. The investigation established that the People’s Deputy received permission to leave Ukraine under this pretext and left the country on June 27, 2023.
