Details: According to the public, the court rejected the prosecutor’s office for the detention of Bondarev for 60 days with the possibility of pledge of UAH 100 million.
It is noted that before the case, the court announced a break at the request of lawyers who stated the need for familiarization with the materials.
Prosecutor Oleksandr Ganilov stated that during a search, the People’s Deputy was seized weapons. Bondarev explained in a comment to the public that he received it at the beginning of a full -scale invasion and has a relevant document.
The People’s Deputy denies that he helped acquaintances cross the border after the start of a full -scale invasion and considers the case political persecution.
Direct language Bondarev: “This is irresponsible lies. That is, no one crossed the border, I did not create any conditions. I would like to see really documents and already seriously work with it. I definitely had no intentions to ship someone. Conditions that 23 people have crossed the border in three years.
Details: However, the prosecutor stated that the People’s Deputy repeatedly resorted to official forgery and contributed to the illegal crossing of the border.
According to Oleksandr Ganyilov, the investigation recorded five cases of departure of persons on counterfeit documents. Among those who left the country together with the People’s Deputy were the owner of the shopping center, the head of the construction company and the honored coach.
Direct language Ganilov: “The reason for the departure was not understood. People with the consent of the People’s Deputy, together with him, went under the guise of drivers, but they were not drivers.”
Details: It is noted that the prosecution insisted on a pre -trial detention for 60 days with the possibility of making a bail of UAH 100 million.
At the same time, the suspect’s lawyer emphasized that the charges do not have sufficient justification, and the amount of pledge should be in line with the financial capabilities of his client.
Bondarev was supported by his one -party officer Sergey Vlasenko, who signed a statement on the People’s Deputy for bail.
That preceded:
- On January 18, the State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Prosecutor General reported suspicion of organizing the illegal transfer of persons across the state border using their official position and in the official forgery of the People’s Deputy Konstantin Bondarev.
- According to the investigation, starting in July 2022, the MP sent a letter to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on granting permission to leave men under the guise of drivers who allegedly had to accompany him abroad.
- There are 23 cases where on the basis of letters of the People’s Deputy 18 men of conscript age crossed the state border without it, because at the time of their crossing or already abroad or did not leave the country at all.
- At the same time, sometimes he needed up to 5 drivers for foreign trips. Three of such “drivers” did not return to Ukraine at all, notes the DBR.
