According to the resource, the drones flew in from Russia, passed through the “Belarusian corridor”, and headed for Mozyr, Bragin, Gomel and Richitsa. At least three events of “Shakheds” have been recorded directly from the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation to the Gomel region of Belarus.
During the night, the regular aircraft of the Air Force of Belarus did not take off. According to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, during the night two UAVs were lost over the territory of Belarus and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In total, Russia launched 28 drones.
Earlier, “Belarusian Hayun” informed that 151 drones flew to Belarus during November during Russian strikes on Ukraine. According to the project, during November, at least three cases of shooting down of “Shaheed” by Belarusian air defense forces were recorded over the Mozyr district, this happened on November 24 and 26. There were no reports of damage or casualties.
According to researchers, out of 151 drones, another 82 returned to Ukraine and Russia, and 66 disappeared.
Official Minsk has not publicly announced any protests to the Russian side over incidents involving Russian drones.
Oleksandr Lukashenko supported the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and allowed the use of the territory, military infrastructure and airspace of Belarus for the invasion of the Russian army and shelling of Ukrainian cities, which killed tens of thousands of peaceful Ukrainians.
