“The attack ended the lives of a 76-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man. One woman was injured as a result of this shelling. She was hospitalized in moderate condition. Another man was injured as a result of being hit by an FPV drone. He will be treated on an outpatient basis,” he wrote in a telegram.
According to him, high-rise buildings, shops, and a hairdresser were damaged by the shelling.

On the night of November 17, Russian forces launched a missile attack on Balaklia in the Kharkiv region. According to local authorities, the city was previously hit by two Iskander missiles, at least 13 apartment buildings were damaged, three of them significantly. There are three dead and 15 injured, including three children.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
