In Sumy region, a 7-year-old girl and a 27-year-old man were injured in the Russian rocket strike, said Oleg Grigorov, head of the regional military administration.

“As a result of the explosion, the child was injured and hospitalized. Doctors provide the necessary help, the condition of the girl is stable, there is no threat to life. The man was injured, he was provided with the necessary medical assistance, healed on an outpatient basis, ”he wrote in the telegram.

Grigorov reported that about six private homes and transport were also damaged as a result of the Russian blow.

According to local authorities, the attack occurred late on the evening of August 13 in one of the villages of the middle-and-Buda community.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
