Russian troops attacked the city of Horodnia in Chernihiv region with drones, two people were injured, the head of the regional military administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, said.

“Two civilian men aged 54 and 33 were injured in Horodny due to drone strikes. These are employees of a local woodworking enterprise. One of them is hospitalized in a regional hospital in an extremely serious condition. Another patient is under the supervision of doctors in Horodny,” he wrote in a telegram.

According to him, due to the strike of the Russian Federation, the warehouse and equipment were also damaged, and a house was damaged in one of the villages in the suburbs of Chernihiv.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
