On Friday, November 22, Russian troops shelled Krasnotorka in the Kramatorsk suburb of Donetsk region. As a result of the attack, one person was killed and two others were wounded, the head of the regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, said.

“The village came under enemy fire this morning. According to preliminary information, there were six strikes. All responsible services are working on the spot, we are establishing the exact consequences of the shelling,” the post reads.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.

As of the end of October, the UN reported that they were able to confirm data on the death of 12,162 civilians in Ukraine and the wounding of 26,919 since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia. The organization emphasized that the real data could be much higher.
